The villa is situated approximately 5/6 minutes drive from Moraira, Benitachell and El Portet. The nearest beaches within the same travel time are El Portet, Moraira and Cumbre Del Sol. All these areas make for excellent swimming, fishing, scuba diving and water sports. The immediate and surrounding area is ideal for fitness walking but hilly, so a car is advisable. This part of the Costa Blanca is extremely picturesque with that very special Spanish feel and tradition.

Benitachell and Moraira are situated between Javea and Calpe and nearest airports are to the south, Alicante, 1 hour and to the north Valencia, 1½ hours.
